
I have over 15 years experience in the field of HR Management, including several years of management experience.
I started my career with Andersen Consulting, where I mainly worked as a recruiting and selection specialist. Then I joined Nicholson International as the leader of the “Manufacturing and Engineering department. I was responsible for performing executive search projects and also for the development and execution of the strategy of the newly established department.
From 2000 for four years I worked as an HR professional and leader in the Outsourcing unit of Accenture, while since 2004 I am a senior coach and consultant at Anima Partners.
Primarily I work as an executive and business coach for mid- and top managers. My specialities are leadership skills development, conflict, stress and career management.
I am the president of the Hungarian Coach Association, where besides being engaged in the professional development of coaches, I am also striving to enhance the self-governing of coaches and the professional interests of coaching.
I am member of the Scientific Board of the European Centre for Business, Education and Science.
I am a member of the biggest international coaching organisation, the International Coach Federation (ICF), where I gained international credentialing, the so called ACC (Associate Certified Coach) level.
In 2010 and 2011 I was representing Hungary in the so called global Regulatory Committee of ICF, responsible for the regulation of coaching.
Besides continuous professional development, I find it important to improve self knowledge. I am devoted to life-long learning and knowledge-sharing, that is why I teach coaching students at Budapesti Kommunikációs Főiskola (Budapest Communication High School).
I hold a master degree from the University of Szeged, later I gained a diploma in Human Resources Management at the Pázmány Péter Catholic University. I received my diploma as a business coach from the Business Coach Academy in 2008. Now I am attending a Master programme in Work and Organisational Psychology at the Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”, Bulgaria.
